WHO IS SAMER? 

Samer is a civilian, a family member, and a human being. 

He was kidnapped while following evacuation orders issued by the IDF, attempting to move to safety as instructed. He was not engaged in combat. He was complying with orders meant to protect civilians. Instead, Samer was taken and is now being held as a hostage, without transparency, due process, or clear information provided to his family. Our family has received confirmed details that he is being held with no access to him, with no charges. This page exists because silence is not an option. It has been more than 2 years!

This is not political. This is about human rights and international law. Civilians must be protected during conflict. Following evacuation orders should not result in detention or disappearance. Families deserve answers. Samer deserves freedom, dignity, and justice.
